The rules for each division can be found here. The document is intended as a reference summary of both Little League International Rules and Regulations that Octorara Area Little League must follow in addition to local rules adopted by the Board of Directors. It does not cover every possible circumstance and is not a substitute for reading and fully understanding the official Little League Rules and Regulations.

All coaches are expected to be well versed in the rules for their division and follow them at all times.
